I decided to create this blog prior to my 5 day water fast because Im not sure how i will manage to do it and I definitely need support and a platform to write down my emotions so i dont crash.
Ive been suffering from all sorts of EDs ever since i was 12(Im 18 this year).
From anorexia to binge eating and back to anorexia and then binge eating. Its safe to say that I screwed up my health. So i just had a terrible binge and I thought this isnt going to stop. I need to distance myself from food and the thought of calories and binging for a while and hopefully lose some weight. That is why I am going on this 5 day water fast (Mon-Fri). '
Ill write a blog post everyday no matter how busy I am. Ill squeeze in 5 minutes to write up something. :) I wont weigh myself everyday. Perhaps Ill weigh myself halfway through the fast and also the day after the last day of the fast. That means on Wednesday and Saturday. :)
